On 27th of January, the Executive Agency for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (EASME) and the Directorate General DG GROWTH hosted at Brussels (Belgium) a Coordination Kick-off meeting for those projects selected under Call Design-based consumer goods.
The objective of the meeting was to provide information on the administrative and financial management of COSME projects, to get better knowledge on the scope of your individual projects, and to initiate networking in the area of design based consumer goods.
Six projects were represented at the meeting: Birdy, e-BIZ, myShopNET, Imersivo-ASIA, VIP display and M-Stekio.
myShopNET coordinator, ALUGROUP, and the partner BIVOLINO were invited to present their experiences on projects activities, and share information on their endeavours on market uptake.
As well as receiving information related to the project cycle (administrative and financial management), IPR and project replication, and general policy context of the COSME programme, the different project partners had the opportunity to establish a first contact with other projects which could be interesting for sharing experiences and even testing or demonstrating events.
Most interesting projects for myShopNET were e-BIZ and Imersivo-ASIA, with very good opportunities to share experiences and maybe establish a more formal communication in order to expand our respective project capabilities on shared areas, like e-commerce or data interchange.
